(5/5) Excelente atención y servicio. Estaba en una emergencia, el joven que me atendió me salvó el día, así como el resto de mi viaje. No recuerdo bien su nombre pero creo que se llama Ángel de la Cruz y literal fue mi ángel ese día. Pude ver bien de nuevo con mis lentes. Si llegas a leer esto: que Dios te siga bendiciendo mucho siempre.

(5/5) What a pleasant surprise to find right in front of the Malecon in Progreso. In the 4 yrs since we moved here, we’ve been to three different optometrists in Progreso & we’re extremely disappointed in both the exams & the lack of quality with the glasses we purchased in these places.My prescription was wrong at each place & the glasses I paid A LOT of money for gave me eye-strain. I had to spend the money to go to an Opthamologist in Mérida who was able to give me the correct prescription, but my glasses were useless.Savan Salud Visual Progreso was a completely different experience. From the moment we walked in the door, the optometrist Su-Hay was friendly, professional & upfront. She and all the staff we interacted with speak perfect English.Since there were two of us & Su-Hay was alone that day, she actually closed the shop so she could devote 100% of her attention to us.I don’t think I’ve ever had a more thorough eye exam anywhere in the world. This business has modern equipment that measures your visual acuity digitally and then gives you your prescription. Su-Hay went above and beyond that to make sure the prescription worked for our eyes. She spent an hour with me & then another 40 minutes with my partner doing manual eye checks the old-fashioned way against the digital prescription. She checked for peripheral vision, color blindness, etc.The exam was free.They have several walls of free frames for eye-glasses. While we were there last week, they had a 2 for 1 sale on sunglasses.In total, I paid $3000 pesos for new prescription eye-glasses and prescription polarized sunglasses. That works out to about $80 USD (at current exchange rate) for each pair.My partner bought lineless bifocals and sunglasses for about the same price. $3600 pesos. Or about $90 USD each.We arrived for the exam on Friday afternoon. Our glasses were ready on Wednesday morning. The sunglasses were ready on the following Friday morning because the frames I picked for them didn’t work for my prescription, so I had to pick a different pair.I cannot recommend this business enough. There has been zero adjustment period for the new prescription and zero eye strain.The staff are amazingly helpful and caring. I believe they’ve been open for about 2 years now.No need to drive into Mérida for quality prescriptions or glasses anymore. Go here. You won’t be disappointed or overcharged for low quality lenses and frames.10/10 for service. 10/10 for quality. 10/10 for price.

(5/5) Excelente optica, es más puedo jurar que es la mejor y con los mejores precios en todo progreso, tan es así, que ya he adquirido 2 pares de lentes progresivos y un par de bifocales para mí esposa. El examen te lo hacen con equipos modernos el cual nunca antes había visto. La verdad si se los recomiendo a todos. Sus lentes están muy chingones. Soy de Villahermosa Tabasco pero por trabajo estoy en progreso y ni en Villahermosa me había topado con una óptica tan buena como la ÓPTICA SAVAN 😍😍😍😍
