(5/5) I originally went to see an Ophthalmologist (Dr. Victor Flores of Oftalmología Humanista in Mérida) and what a BIG mistake that was. The prescription he gave to me and my wife was completely inaccurate and it wasn’t even close to what it should have been. As a result, we contacted Esatción Óptica to ask questions and each time we asked, they responded quickly and with the information we were seeking to make an informed decision on if we wanted to visit their location. It turns out that it was the best decision we could have made. We met Sherly and she was a great pleasure to work with. She was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. It would be an understatement to say Sherly is good at her job because she was far much more than good. She was incredible! The entire experience with her was amazing! WOW!! I can see things clearly thanks to her. At the time we left the shop, Sherly estimated 4 days for the lenses to be ready for pick up. They were ready the next day!!! Go to Estación Óptica and ask for Sherly. You will not be disappointed. She gives top quality service, highly accurate prescriptions, a fast turn around for lenses to be picked up and great communication from start to finish!
