(5/5) I’m so glad I came here .. I was able to find just exactly what I needed, their selection is endless and great quality . Owner was very helpful and patient.

(1/5) Went to get some contacts from her. She didn't have the same DIA and BC numbers, but told us that there would be no issues with the eyes. Paid over $60 for one box and now we have contacts that are too big for the eye. They don't stay in. She claimed that in 20 years she's never had any issues, but a quick google search indicates that having the same numbers is important or else the contacts won't stay in. Now we're stuck with a useless expensive box of contacts and our snorkeling trips will end up blurry. Would not recommend going here. We ended up here accidentally, initially wanted to go next door at the other eye optics, but when we saw this store we thought it was the correct location. Ruined the rest of our trip. Would not recommend.

(5/5) This boutique eyeglasses and sunglasses shop has the most awesome and unusual collection of affordable frames. Lots of sexy European styles. And the owner, Lilley, is a great eye doctor, is intuitive and can spot the exact frames that fit your face, aesthetically.I poked my head in various boutique shops and while people were friendly, it was the same mainstream product. Until I found Lilley. I had my prescription and new frames in three days. Back in the states, it would take at least a week.The experience from start to finish was impeccable and I’d recommend this eyeglasses shop to absolutely anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta who wants to walk away with first class frames, service, and expertise at stunningly good prices!

The optometrist was incredibly kind and helpful, she took care of it right away with a smile. Such a friendly and genuine person! Next time I’m in town and need new glasses, I know exactly where I’m going. Highly recommend this place for their kindness and great service!

(5/5) In my daily exploration around the neighborhoods near me, I came upon Ópticas Lilley. I wasn’t necessarily looking for a new pair a glasses, but wanted to take a look around. After seeing all of the wonderful frames at amazing prices, I had to buy a pair! The turnaround time was fast and the service is beyond stellar. My only regret is that I didn’t get another pair before I had to leave from this trip. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

(5/5) This place is a small gem. I’ve used them twice, once for a custom pair of reading glasses and then to get new lenses put in my sunglasses. The glasses came back quickly and were perfect, but it’s also important to mention that both mother and daughter were so kind and helpful! Great little business and happy to support!

(5/5) Janet and her daughter both helped me. Extremely professional and even though my Espanol is not good, their English was unexpectedly great. There was a great assortment of designer frames and eventually i was guided to exactly what i had always wanted. Sporty, sturdy, affordable, and comfortable. I am thrilled. Unfortunately my Canadian insurance provider did not cover them because i was out of the country. I really do not care, as the price was so good, the extra I would have paid to get this quality in Canada was more than I paid for whole job. I highly recommend Lilley Optical in Puerto Vallarta.

(5/5) I was looking for new glasses, since I normally wear contacts. I went to many Optica stores, but Optica Lilley, by far, had the best selection of eye glass frames. I had received a prescription from another Optician and had Optica Lilley help me pick out frames and have the glasses made. When I received the glasses, the prescription was not right, so Janet from Optica Lilley, gave me another exam and adjusted the prescription. She resent the glasses to the laboratory to have the glasses made, plus I picked out a different pair of Titanium frames and I love them and my new glasses work perfectly. Janet and Natalie were so helpful and have a huge assortment of the latest styles of frames.

(5/5) What a wonderful experience purchasing my eyeglasses from Optica Lilley! They were very patient with me trying on almost every frame in the store and giving me honest feedback along the way. After about an hour, I narrowed it down to 2 frames and then said I wanted to check out other optical shops before making a final decision. I was not pressured in any way. She put aside the frames I was still considering and said they would be there when I came back. Which I did, several hours later, after visiting 2 other shops. Optica Lilley had the best selection of current styles and their prices were in line with the other shops. My glasses were done in the quoted time, they look great, they feel great and I can see more clearly. Many thanks to the mother/daughter team at Optica Lilley!

A quick stop at Ms Lilley shop got me beautiful frames and transitional lenses for literally 1/3 of the price I would have to pay in US. The service was impeccably personal, communication great (in English - that counts!) and I picked my brand new glasses less than 24 hrs later. Highly recommended. I’m hoping to be back.

The mother and daughter duo who run the shop are truly wonderful. They made the entire process—from the eye exam to helping me find frames that suited my face—so relaxed and wholesome. I felt genuinely cared for the whole time.I ended up getting five pairs of glasses, and to my surprise, the turnaround time was just four days!
